LMIA-Based Work Permit
Before hiring a migrant worker at their place of employment, the employer is obliged to complete a Labour Market Impact Assessment. A confirmation mail is a favourable LMIA that demonstrates the necessity of hiring a foreign worker for the position.
The employee may apply for a work permit if the company holds an LMIA. We are available to assist employers in obtaining LMIA.
